The butter to our bread, user testing and validation of our designs, Without user testing and envisioning workshops, our design will always be incomplete.
Facilitated UX stakeholder envisioning workshops & user testing sessions with National Library Board.
ECDA Preschool Search and National Service Pre-enlistment for MINDEF — with 16 moderated interview sessions, analysing the results using Dovetail for synergy of findings across participants as well as other product teams.
