Workshops & User Testing
The butter to our bread, user testing and validation of our designs, Without user testing and envisioning workshops, our design will always be incomplete.
Facilitated multiple user testing sessions with LifeSG and UX stakeholder envisioning workshops with National Library Board.
LifeSG, ECDA Preschool Search — with 15 moderated interview sessions, analysing the results using Dovetail for synergy of findings across participants as well as other product teams.
